Kate is based in Honolulu, Hawai‘i, with lived experience across the West Coast and the Southeast United States. She has held roles in the energy industry, climate and political advocacy spaces, as well as sustainable textile production.

She is currently pursuing work focused on energy efficiency, energy regulation, clean energy policy, and power grid resiliency that prioritizes both people and the planet.

Outside of her professional work, Kate is an avid rock climber, casual surfer, amateur film photographer, yoga teacher, and aspiring children’s book author.
