Kate is based in Honolulu, Hawai‘i, with lived experience across the West Coast and the Southeast United States. She has held roles in the energy industry, climate and political advocacy spaces, as well as sustainable textile production. Kate currently works as a Legislative Aide for Representative Tina Nakada Grandinetti, leading her communications efforts and supporting policy research.

Outside of her professional work, Kate is an avid rock climber, casual surfer, amateur film photographer, yoga teacher, and aspiring children’s book author.
